MODEL EX BLANCHER HEADS or CUSTOM ENGINEERING
MULTI-HEAD SYSTEMS
Occasionally, users do not have initial need for the
complete Ashton Blancher including the Double Head and Shaker Screen. In these cases, a
Blancher Head only can be supplied, for installation on an existing Picking Table. As
requirements grow, a second Head and the Shaker can be added. Multiple heads
custom-designed lines are available with common split/heart seperation and skin-collection
systems.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT- The standard Ashton Whole-Nut Blancher consists of two complete Blancher Heads, mounted on a welded steel base containing a Shaker Screen to seperate hearts and splits, with air duct and suction hood to remove loose skins. Each Head is powered by its own 1/3 Hp Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled Motor and V-belt drive. Shaker has 1/3 Hp Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled Motor.
AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT- Suction fan, collector and piping are available for the Ashton Whole-Nut Blancher. Picking Table, and extra Suction Hood for picking table can also be supplied.
