The Mastermatic Fryer efficiency is based on their experience to handle the various applications common in the industry such as plain salted, spice coated, honey coated peanuts and other nut products. The blanched peanuts are passed through a hot oil bath and then cooled and salted. Depending on the finished product the basic model has to be modified accordingly.
