Besides ferrous material removed by a magnet, there is a chance of a stainless steel bolt or other non ferrous items to be removed before packaging. Depending on the layout the appropriate machine will be selected.

ELEVATORS
We use the Frazier "Z" type elevators because of their sanitary features, flexibility of design and controls, and versatality to serve multiple machines. Their low profile allows us to collect from discharges close to the floor without having to make pits which are a source of infestation and are completely eliminated in American food plants. Control panels provide alternate, selective or proportioned discharges and their flexible design provides a wide variety of locations to convey the peanuts to where they are required.
