SALTING AND COOLING TABLES

These tables are used to apply salt and other spices to all types of edible nuts. The salt is applied while the nuts are hot. After salting, a blower (included) cools the nuts by flowing ambient air thru the bed of nuts. The tables are available in several sizes. They can be supplied with manual or air lifting cooling only, and drying and cooling options. All models have residue clean out doors and are constructed with stainless steel perforated tops. The small size table is shown below, but bigger sizes are available.
