WHOLE NUT BLANCHING

 

 

The Ashton whole nut blancher has been used world wide for over 50 years. In recent years a new high capicity model has been developed, with less rollers, less abrasive surface, which enhance the quality of the finished product.  The peanuts pass through a chamber with abrasive rollers which loosens the skin. Then, passing through an air leg the skins are collected into a conatiner by a cyclone collector.
